These Terms govern use of Futaribun (the “App”).
1. Service
The App is a household-expense tool for recording and calculating shared expenses, contribution ratios, rent subsidies, and settlement status. It does not provide transfers, payments, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
2. Calculations
Results depend on information entered or confirmed by users. Receipt recognition and AI category suggestions can be wrong. Confirm amounts, dates, categories, rounding, subsidy conditions, and actual transfers before saving.
3. Data management
Data is stored on the device and, after partner sharing begins, on an external server for synchronization. Network interruptions, device failure or loss, or App deletion can prevent the latest changes from synchronizing.
4. Plus and auto-renewal
Futaribun Plus is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The price, term, and trial shown by App Store before confirmation apply.
- Payment is charged to the Apple Account after confirmation
- The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Purchases, cancellation, and restoration are managed in Apple Account subscription settings
- Recorded expenses remain available after cancellation
5. Prohibited use
Misuse, infringement of third-party rights, and conduct contrary to law or public order are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in original design, text, program code, and other content belong to the developer or applicable rights holders.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses caused by use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes
The App or these Terms may change for improvements, legal compliance, or other reasons. Important changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
